Property located in Rock Gap District, Tax map 7, Deed book 114, page 91. Contains 9.92 acres located adjacent to Rt. 522 Ball field Complex. Titled to County Commissioners
- Develop property into 3-4 multi purpose football and soccer fields (360’x180’) each.
- Install building to facilitate restrooms, storage, and concession room.
- Install walking track around playing fields.
- Install fencing around complex.
- Install lighting around complex.
- Develop parking lot.
Property located in Rock Gap District, Tax map 7 Deed book , page . Contains 16 acres located south of the Rt. 522 Ball field Complex. Titled to County Commissioners
- Develop Southeast corner of property into Softball multi purpose field (350’x350’)
- Install building at backstop to facilitate restrooms, storage, and concession room
- Install drainage system on field.
- Install sprinkler system on fields
- Install backstop fencing and perimeter fencing
- Install tree line along fence line (tall Pines) as barrier to rt. 522
Property located at the Rt. 522 Complex, Convert existing Men’s League field into little league field to be used by minor leagues. Morgan County Parks and Rec
- Repair and or replace existing backstop on existing men’s league field for safety.
- Relocate bases and pitchers mound to accommodate minor leagues.

- Repair and expand existing parking lot at Rt. 522 Complex. Morgan County Parks and Rec.
- Repair and or add lighting on parking lots.

- Convert 1 acre of the land to skate and bike park
- Convert remaining property into playground for use by boys and girls club.
